Nineteen Brand

I have this love-hate relationship with Nineteen Brand. Love for all the latest fashion, new product  releases every fortnight, Reverse pickup available in remote locations, Lots of promotional offers, special contests for those associated with social networking and their customer care executives who listen to you very patiently.


Their thinking is out of the box and that is what makes me go back to this site again and again.Lots of trendy stuffs.But the best featured most importantly if you are not satisfied then the money  it can be returned straight to your savings account.This is a great feature and so far the only other site I know is Fashionara that provides this kind of feature.For someone like me who is very used to online shopping( Myntra, Flipkart, Fashionara, Snapdeal, Stalkbuylove, Limeroad, Koovs), this kind of feature helps building a trust, that if I don’t like the product then I can return the product without any hassle and my money won’t be blocked with the company and I won’t be forced to buy something else even if I don’t like it.


My only complain with this brand is Product differs considerably from what is shown on site.My first purchase was a Jacket which I had successfully returned and received the money back in my account.My next purchase was a beautiful blue trouser that was sold at half of the price at what it was sold on Jabong.com. Anyway directly ordering from the brand site has it’s benefits.But I was disappointed with the pant I received. As the color looked entirely different. Now I’m scared to order something no matter how much I want to. I have no opinion on their shoes, bags and accessories though. Bags look very trendy and stylish but I have never ordered one.


Also be careful about the refund amount.My money was not credited back to my account for a long time and after contacting I was told that the money has been deposited in my account.After I emailed a screenshot of my mini statement I was emailed back with a reference number saying that the money has been deposited 10-15 days prior to my complain and I need to contact the bank.I decided to check my balance one more time before going to BM of the bank and I found that the money was deposited only after the complain was made.


The website needs to be improved as well.It hangs up if more than two tabs are open because of script error also if shipment tracking can be provided then it will be great.


Nineteen is a young brand with lots of possibilities and lots of admirers because of it’s unique sense of fashion and may be I’m the only customer of their who is complaining, but they will need more work to make it to the top.


PS: -Thanks a lot for contacting me shopnineteen and It’s nice to know that you people care so much about what your customers think.I have edited my review as per my recent experience with your brand as it was unfair to give me a verdict on a return process that was not complete.
