On 22nd March I ordered a package of 6 pack cigarettes from Shoponn.in . And the story begins there. It was written that 6 pack of 20 Pc Cigarettes will be arrived by 27th march and payment will be 1204 INR.
On 31st March got a mail communication that due to lock down this service is currently not possible and they will send as soon as it resumes.
And we tried to mail, call but no replies. After long days, nearly on 1st may got another communication that they will deliver those cigarettes if I order another hand sanitiser. I checked the message and asked if I order this one when can I get the whole delivery. And as usual, again no communication.
Now, again on 9th may got a message that the delivery is in process with Delhivery . And after long 2 months I got my cigarettes.
But, story not ends here. I have recieved 60 pc of cigarettes inspite of ordering 120 pcs of it. And again when I am trying to reach them, no one replies. Thus, I am having Navy cut which is in general 95.00 INR for 10 pcs, I am having it for 200.80 INR .
Such a great experience.
