This is one hyped up mall...lots of advertising and publicity but the basics of retailing are missing.
To get to Ansals Plaza and find a parking space is a pain...On a weekend if you go there there is simply no parking available...God knows why they dont open the underground parking...Your first experience is bad...Why cant the guys at Shoppers Stop have Valet Parking to make it easy for people
You go inside if you find a parking space and in the garments section you find average clothes at premium pricing...Even the quality is not good of clothes in the kids section and women section...Only the mens section is somewhat OK but why go all the way to buy branded wear which is available elsewhere
The attitude of staff is very discorteous and curt...They talk as if they are doing you a favour...Why cant they be trained
Than they have a so called ’’loyalty card’’...which is so painful that it is better not to have it...
In a nutshell dont stop here...Go to Lifestyle or Ebony...They know how to treat a customer
