I’m a first citizen card holder with shopper stop, MGF Saket. On my last purchase, the cashier asked me to upgrade my Black citizen card to a silver card.
Now if you’ll know, this is not a credit card. And if u’ll go to there website u’ll see a silver card is not a credit card. If they would have told me its a credit card I would have not signed for it.
After signing for this so called silver card I started receiving calls from city bank asking me that I have signed up for their credit card in shopper stop and they’ll need some details to process the card. I told them that I have not applied for a credit card and don’t want one. I’REFUSED’
They called me up for 5-6 times and I told them I’m not interested.
But they kept calling me and insisted that since I have already signed for it in shopper stop, they have already processed it and my card is kept in Gurgaon. I asked them how can you process it without any details.(is it so easy to get a credit card)
They said That they have my date of birth, which was enough to access my’pan number’. Can you believe it? What if some one else gets the card which I did not even applied for. The next thing you’ll know is I’m getting calls to recover money which I did not spend. I’m furious and planning to got to the mall and kick some a**.
No wonder City Bank Is Making Huge Losses.
Meanwhile please be careful while stopping at shopper stop.
