Awful experience as ShoppersStop #shoppersstop last evening. 2 counters out of 4 open. Rude staff. Asked us to stand at unmanned counter saying that the person manning would come immediately. Waited for another 20 mins. Discovered that the original queue had finished while the person who was supposed to come back still hadn’t. Left my First Citizen card at the counter. Vowed never to shop there again. #badservice #rudepeople
