Service to customer or punishment to customer?

I have been a very loyal customer of shopper’s stop for the last more than 13 years.I started purchasing online a few years back and was happy with it.But my nightmare started on 2nd January after I placed an order for 4 salwar suits.I received the product after 7 days against cash on delivery.After paying the whole amount, as demanded by the courier, I realized on opening the package that they had sent me partial order where one entire salwar suit and one churidar(pyjamas)were missing, and the invoice that I received was of only partial amount.I immediately informed the call centre.I was assured that I will be either sent the churidar or refund will be given.This was on 9th of january.


Today, after one whole month, about 6 calls to the call centre and two mails, I have neither received the products, nor the refund.When I call up the call centre, I speak to a different person each time who has no idea of what has happened in the past, and I have to repeat my entire story    .all over again.I have been gradually losing my patience and hope too that I will get my hard earned money back.I advise customers to think ten times before buying from a company who doesn’t value its customers.I hope that Mr Govind Shrikhande reads this review and does something about it or else in this competitive scenario, it won’t be long before the brand will lose it’s respect and position.
