I got to know that I can shop online through shopper stop online website. Since I wanted to gift a wallet to a friend of mine and I had no time to go to the store, I started to browse their online store. I found the wallet I was looking for. A Tomy Hilfiger wallet that I saw at lifestyle store the other day. The website told me it will be shipped to me within 3 days. Since my friend’s birthday was on 4th day, I placed my order.
After 2 days, I sent a mail to the email id asking for my order status and I got a reply that they are in the process of procuring my purchase order.and it will be shipped to me approximately 8 days. Sounded really stupid to me. Dont they have it in their inventory? I sent 2 more mails after that but no reply. So its more than seven days now I am still awaiting my order to come.The wallet I will definitely gift him now on his next birthday.
