Dont ever buy anything from https://shoppersstop.com. They will confirm order, take payment and never deliver the product and than you have to chase them for months to get refund. They will have excuse that product was defective and so they did not deliver it but still they will sell it on their website. Next time I bought 3 t-shirts online and this time i choose COD option to avoid problem of refund but they send me products packed in one bag and i made them full payment as mentioned on the package.
To my horror there were only 2 t-shirts when i opened the bag but still that delivery guy took full money from me as it was mentioned on the invoice. Now i have been chasing them for refund of my money for 3rd t-shirt which they did not deliver because they found it to be defective but still selling on their website. On 21st March they send me Bluedart tracking no. through which they say they have send me my cheque but still not received. Everyday their customer care girl (name: swalleh) tells me that it has been dispatched today which i never gets and same story continues every day.
