Writing becoz wanted to alert you in getting the best service.
I had ordered a Polo T-Shirt from Shoppers Stop online service, service was on time but the product they have delivered was not good, it was having a pen mark. It was for my husband bday and I was so upset that I was not having time for online exchange. It took around 7 days more, as they said.
I was not having option, I then visited shopper stop store and the sales executive of US Polo unit denied to accept or exchange.
I am really unhappy from the service from Shopper Stop online service delivery.
