I love online shopping and have really good experience with almost all the sites.
I had been to shoppers stop shop many a times and I like their collection.
So I thought of trying their online store.
I ordered 2 tops worth Rs.1100.
Firstly I recieved my order after 10 days which is so late. Secondly the quality of the tops were very poor. It was not at all looking like a branded outfit.
When I asked them to refund, they said they can’t return money and will give credits with which I will have to shop something else.
Customer service was also very poor and they were not able to answer to my queries nicely.
Really very dissapointed by their service and will never shop from them again.
