I ordered a 6500 worth of saree online on shoppersstop. The saree I received was not the color pictured online. They have no mention of not accepting returns of products which are unliked by customers. I never even opened the saree folding, and kept it safe for returning without hassle. Turns out they are majorly unprofessional when it comes to accepting returns. They should not venture into online selling if they cannot digest the fact that online shopping is bound to have returns . They took 2 months to arrange collection, during which I had to fly back abroad where I stay. THEY HAVE NOW RETURNED BACK THE SAREE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION. I am majorly dissatisfied with the crooked behaviour of the people in question. Shame that they lost another customer as I tend to shop a lot in India.
