Worst service from Shopper Stop. First time bought watch and the order was cancelled after 8th day of order date stating the unavailability of product which was showing as confirmed as order status until the 8th day. Now again bought a pair of sandal on 30th June`17, order status is showing as confirmed but not yet dispatched. When spoke to Shopper Stop Customer Service on 3rd July`17, the representative said we are still under process of procuring your product when I can actually see that same product and size available on the shopper stop app.
Pretty sure this order is going to get cancelled in this week after paying and waiting for the product for a week. Never shop with shoppers stop.
