Am yet to receive’Swarovski earrings worth Rs 999 from order number 71981286, that was placed early April 2017.
It has been weeks since I complained. Apart from raising complaint on email, I spoke to their customer care number and they have no update. No response for customer complaint and escalation.
It is my money that has been paid and the goods has not been completely delivered.
Their lack of response(except saying complaint has been sent to concerned dept) is appalling and not something I expect from a brand like Shoppers.
Amazon and flipkart are far ahead on online shopping and this is the last time I will be your customer.
Shoppers stop has cheated a customer here by getting money for 2 products and delivering only one product.
Pl deliver the product ordered or REFUND my money ASAP
