Below is the email which I am posting after having a harrowing experience with them. I am removing some identifiable information. I would not suggest anyone to buy from them as my issue is still not resolved.
Subj: Consumer Court Notice against order number 3042-.
Sir,
To whom so ever it may concern, please consider this as a consumer court filing notice.
I had made a simple mistake to purchase a pair of jeans size 32" from your website on 9th of with order number 3042-.
After delivery I found that you had sent me the wrong size of 34". When I called your customer care you send me to the nearest Shoppers Stop at Inorbit Mall, Hitech City, Hyderabad. There the customer care person refused to exchange it because it was bought on discount and that store didnt even carried Lee Cooper Jeans.
I called up your customer care and they told me that a pickup will be arranged.
I got a call from number 022-39419900 at 3:20 pm on 22nd of, that there was supposed to be a pickup of the jeans packet at 5-7 p.m. I waited but no body came.
I called up again and you guys said that he will come on Monday(24th). He(Aramex) came on that day and collected the jeans with airway no. - and you confirmed the receipt of Jeans via email.
Since that day of 24th one month has passed and despite several emails and spending approximately Rs. 200 on calls every alternate day all I get is false promise that it will be resolved by next day.
I am right now sick to the core and really repenting why did I place and order with your website.
I give you a notice of 1 week to resolve this long pending issue or I am going to file a complaint in the consumer court for the Money and the Mental Harassment you have dealt to me in the last month.
Attached is the email chain which shows your apathy towards the customer and I will be sending his as a printed copy to your headquarters.
