Pathetic service. I placed a COD order almost 10 days back and still haven’t received the order. When I called them couple of days back, I was told that their back office would reach out to me but no one called me. Finally when I dropped them an email complaining of the order not been delivered, I got a response that the COD is not available on given pincode and hence the order is cancelled. In fact I was asked to place another order.
So much of customer service and treating them fairly.!
