I ordered an artificial neck piece from Shoppers Stop for my sister-in-law worth Rs 2000/-.
One, the neck piece was damaged, with scratches all over. Two, the order was received after exactly 2 weeks whereas nowadays usually websites deliver in less than a week’s time.
Three, when I asked for return, I was told that jewelry items cannot be returned. On repeated requests, they asked me to send a picture of the same, which I think is not going to be of any use :-(
Also, in the same order I had ordered a footwear, which is 2 size less than what I had ordered! I did not expect this from Shoppers Stop at least! Hence, my humble request to you would be please do not go by its name!
