I have received a gift voucher of Shoppers stop on 18th May. I was really happy to place an order with the "Famous" shoppers stop on 19th May using the EGV. On 21st may my order was partially cancelled from their end(Order no:7046936) without informing me. The first bitter experience, so when I called their customer service team, they said they will re-credit the amount to EGV within 24 hours. They have done the same as committed, so again I tried to logged in my id, but I was not able to. I opted for "forgot password", but even after 1 hour, I did not receive the link. So I was forced to create a second account.
And I placed an order on 22nd May at 5.10pm, I received a confirmation page, but the order was not reflected in my account. I called them immediately and enquired about this, they asked me to wait till today morning.
Till now I did not receive the order confirmation or any confirmation mail from them, so again I called them, atlast they said, they did not receive any order from me. But my EGV shows zero.! When I enquired this, they lethargically said, due to technical issues it may happened, but they asked me to place an order again. But my concern is where is my EGV amount? if it shows zero, it should be used before, and where is my previous order? NO ANSWERS FROM Shoppersstop people.
Consumers.! Be aware of these people, they will easily swallow your money. I lost trust on this "Famous" Shoppers stop. They failed to give a proper service. Dont buy anything from this fraud site hereafter guys.
