Never expected this ridiculous diabolical service from Shoppers Stop.
The story is we bought the wedding gift for my friend through Shoppers Stop online& confirmed the order on 3rd Jan& delivery expected in 3 to 5 working days.
As this was a wedding gift on very next day we called SS and asked them to gift wrap it and dont attache any bill or receipt to it. They said as per procedure we have to attach bill with it.?
After 6 days again we called SS to confirm whether the gift has been delivered or not as we did not receive any communication from them. They said order is not available in nearby store so delivery delayed.?
Again after 3 days we called SS and they said order is available but it was defective so delayed.?
As it was more than 10 days we thought lets cancel the order so we called SS again and ask them to cancel the order. Even after 3 days they did not send any email confirmation whether the order has been canceled or not.
So today we called them again and after a tempered discussion finally they send email confirming that the order is cancelled. But did not mentioned whether they r going to refund the amount or not.?
Managing Director of SS Mr. Shirkandhe your store has been the most pathetic experience. Wont recommend any1 to buy from ur stores online. Thumbs down . no courtesy from ur staff+?
