Horrible experience at Shoppers stop - Seasons Mall, Pune. I had to stand in a que for 30 mins with just 3 customers before me, who would have hardly purchased a total of 8-10 items.
While it was already irritating, the lady at the counter had following to say on my turn’SIR, THE COUNTER IS CLOSED, PLEASE JOIN ANOTHER QUE’.
I actually left my item with her, went to the manager, said few words and left the store for good.
This is true incident, now up-to you if you think if this is or is not a humiliation, and if you want to visit again. Frankly, I will not visit ever.
