I had purchased a pair of id sun glasses from shopper’s stop in the month of Oct 2006, but the frame broke in a accident.I had submitted the glasses for repair with their first citizen desk on 30th April 2007. I was promised to get the repaired glasses within 10-15 days, but since 25 days i’ve not received any info abt my glasses. I’ve called up the first citizen’s desk thrice but i’ve just been asked to wait for few more days. I’m seriously dissapointed with such a service from shopper’s stop.I never expect such a service with the mall as they have a big brands under their belt.the first citizen’s desk is nothing but people employed to entertain irrated customers by giving big big promisses.
