I had ordered a noise cancellation headphone(philips SHN9500). Other than the initial order reciept confirmation mail I did not recieve any information on whether the item is in stock and when it will be delivered. After waiting for 8 working days there was no change in the status. I called up their IVR only to hear "please send SMS our’friendly’ CS will get back to you". The SMS costed me Rs 2. But I did not recieve any call from them. I later sent a mail to their customer support. I did not get any response. Then finally I could talk to one of their customer service person and he informed that a complaint is registered and they will get back to me. After 2 days a person called and said that they are cancelling the order and refunding my amount without giving any reason what so ever. I am yet to get the refund even after 3 working days.
