Rediffffffffffff is different from other Indian mailing sites. It’s simple and sober. A site which provides all basic facilities which runs on its goodwill. Rediffnews, Rediffmail are reliable but one can’t rely on rediff’s shopping site because it doesn’t supply you the same quality of goods which it has promised to supply.
Case 1:
Two cotton shirts were purchased by me from shopping.rediff.com. They had promised to give me 100% cotton shirts and the deal was for the same but they didn’t keep their promise. I have received tere-cotton shirts from them.
Case 2:
I had received a defective mug from its shopping site.
What to talk about the efficiency of rediff.com. It’s blazing fast. If, I want to check the ISP’s speed, I just write in the address bar https://rediff.com and press ENTER. I would come to know the ISP’s speed. They don’t have to regularly repair their system as other sites do. They maintain it nicely. So, let’s not conversate or discuss about their efficiency.
Dedication of the management towards the IT industry is fairly good. But, there’s lot of scope for improvement.
Rediff.com is highly interactive. They don’t have big news network still they are able to get breaking news in time. The employees too are interactive with the members. Generally, all the queries raised by the members are tried to be solved. No yellow journalism is done. Fully free from gossiping.
The site has been created very nicely. Its colour combination, lay out, etc. is good. It looks decent and a nice treat for eyes. Eyes are free of stress.
The site is like a diplomatic friend. When it finds interest in us they would be highly interactive. When, I did shopping with the site they were highly interactive with me till I made the payment. But, once they received the payment, interaction from their part suddenly stopped, they didn’t gave an ear to my problems. I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the goods supplied. After deal customer service is NIL. So, rediff.com is friendly but behaves like a diplomatic friend.
Let’s hope that the management would become truly professional. Keep fingers crossed.
