i ordered a BRAND NEW NOKIA2650 WITH ACCESSORIES for rs.4400\=(rs200\= for courier extra) from rediff shopping.com. I paid through state bank of india, mayiladuthurai branch by demand draft and the dd was received by rediff. they informed me that the product will be sent by BLUE DART courer.i was waiting for the cell phone till 31.10.2005. as well as I was waiting for DEEPAWALI .
on 31.10.2005 afternoon I received only a cellphone, a battery, a charger, head speaker set..and a broaken polythin bag.
to my surprise, the parcel was tear opened by the courier people.
I got very angry but accepted the loosely given product, because if I refused to ricieve it I think the same will not be delivered to me in future at all.
then, I sent two mails stating that neither a bill nor a warrenty card signed by the shopper. I dont even get a duplicate bill until now....there is no reply from you
