I was cheated on Rediff. Please don’t shop on that website. I ordered a Sony phone and was given second hand copy 2 twice by N H computech who is vendor for rediff. Also it was a duplicate copy of Sony which did not have a valid IMEI number. When I refuse to take the product and sent it back to vendor, rediff is telling me to contact vendor for refund. I don’t understand when the order was placed at Rediff, why I have to contact vendor for refund. Worst customer service
