I purchased umbrellas against cash payment on delivery from rediff.com.
Quality was not upto standard. I submitted from their site about refund of money.
No response sicne last 4 days. I talked over phone thrice but no concrete response.
Again online help submission thrice but no response.
There is no response and I do not know what will hapen to my complain.
Site is not providing direct email on the site for customer help. Too much questionaire is too complicated.
Secondly they are selling goods of substandard quality.So do not go by the reputation of rediff.com while shop from that site.
SIte should verify the goods before selecting vendors.Price is good but that doesnt men goods also should be of poor quality.Online shoppers do not see or verify goods physically so sitres should be very careful.
Be careful. As we may have to send lots of email, phone calls and time waste to get refund.Even they say we will not pay delivery charge as refund. Why?? IOf the product is not liked what is the fault of buyers?? ALl online shoppers must refund full amount including courier charges in full if the product is returned or defective.
