I have ordered a room heater around start of Nov2012. The delivery time was 8-10 business days but I didnt get any update until end of Nov2012. I used to call on their customer care and every time they were promising that it will be delivered soon. Finally I asked them for the dealers contact details.
I was shocked after calling the dealer. Here are the words of dealer - "Sir we have stopped business with them 3 months back due to some issues but they are still listing on their website. Your product will never be delivered so cancel it and ask for refund. And never shop from them again." I was SHOCKED!!!!
The words explain the story itself. So it is customers’ fault that he is buying product from you and he has to chase up for what happened. And above that you never know if the dealer is still in business with them.
Finally I have cancelled it and brought it from outside.
