I shopped through Flipkart, Snapdeal, shopclue etc.,
I did one shopping in Rediff Shopping also. They do not provide COD facility at ease like other sites. They charge shipping charges for almost on all the products. The customer support is pathetic.
I got a substandard product( steel dish rack). The product is so weak, it cannot hold even plastic plates.
I wanted to return the product. The customer support for this is very bad. It is two days and they are yet to respond to my request of reverse pickup.
I suggest never to shop from Rediff shopping.
