I ordered a brand new Reebok Aviator from Rediff and I got a defective piece. I wanted a replacement but I was informed that once the unit is picked up they will decide whether to give me a replacement or not. I called them and wrote emails a couple a times for a confirmation and everytime the only response I got was that they would get in touch with me in 24 hours.
Nevertheless the unit was picked up and I asked for a refund. I send them a POD and again they told me they would contact me in 24 hours. 24 hours passed, it’s been 5 days and I still don’t have my money. They didn’t even botherto call me or send an email. This is the worst nightmare for me. I regret trusting REDIFF with shopping their item. I advise other people NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING.
