How long will you take to investigate on the wrong delivery address & what action to be taken?This is my 10th or 12th mail to you for my concern!
How can you be so stupid & irresponsible?You know where you have delivered the wrong product & now you tried to deliver it to some other address well-done! What you guys upto.? Shame on you! This is my last transaction in this company’s site & I will make sure others are also don’t do this mistake!
To get the right product, I would have mailed 10 times & wasted 30 days & more. doing followup. still I don’t have my product in my hand! My order was supposed to receive on my wife’s birthday, you made a mess & now you are delivering the replacement or the right product to some other address. Now you should refund my money & deliver the product as penalty for all these mess made! Hoping for the right product if you deliver it on to the right address.
