I have been an active online shopper for the past few years and I must admit that this is the worst ever website hat I have come across in my whole shopping history. After searching almost all the sites for a flip cover for my new mobile(LG L90 dual - D410) I was happy to find one in rediff shopping. I should have guessed that that is a wrong info because even ebay or amazon didnt have it (it was just the time when the mobile was released in India). I straight ahead ordered one and when the parcel arrived after 4 days I found that it was a wrong mobile case meant for the single sim version.
Immediately I rang up the customer care and they registered a complaint and gave me a ticket number. I waited and waited for another 7 days and there was no mail or call. I called again and someone told he will raise another complaint and will mail me the ticket no. 2 days passed, no mail. I called again and demanded to talk to manager of call center.
They did not connect and assured I will get a call within 24 hrs. I waited and again nothing happened. I wrote a few mails mentioning the order no and ticket no along with he photo of he wrong case that I received. Finally after 2 weeks, a mail came asking me to return the wrong part by courier and tell them the details of courrier. I refused to spend my money on sending it back and wait for the part, but they told its the ONLY way. I said I would rather forget the 330 rupees than spend another 100 rupees and decided to forget it.
Anyway, Now I understood how poor service looks like and my sincere advice and suggestion to all is to avoid rediff shopping. There are fraud sellers and customer service crew who support them. You will end up losing your money. Or you have to be ready for fighting it out.
