Why Online Shopping is still in infant stages, because of super cheat big brands like Rediff, where I’d ordered one Ben 10 Watch for my kid (Cost INR 280), with FX and sound and the comedy of errors had started:
1) I’d received a thankless webcam against my complain, they replied it was an error but we’d sent you a highly priced item(once you look that web cam, you realize it is not worth of INR 50), after 15 days I’d dispatched it thru courier and got Gift vouchers against courier charges.
2) Second time it was ordinary BEN 10 watch , worth INR 80 in local market. I sent it back as well.
3) Then I got one more variant of Ben10 worth INR 60 in local Market. I’d written a mail in protest. For which rediff had replied after 20 days, with the wording " Kindly furnish more details"
The other crook which was involved in the nexus was Ojjas Enterprise, Mumbai. I was dealing with a customer care, which even don’t have a customer care no. After lots of mail exchanges, they are again asking for the wrong product to be couriered so they can resend(4th time) the right product. But this time I’d refused as I am keeping the product and all mails related to it as a testimonial so I can not dare again to even think about rediff shopping. I want to take this case further. as these type of crooks can not let eShopping survive in India.
