I had ordered a particular variant of Adidas cologne. They sent me a different product. When I called the customer care they said they ll contact me in 24 hours. Its 12 days and no response. I again lodged a complain through mail, and they asked me to send 2 pics of the product and I sent them the same day. They still have not replied from 2 weeks. When I call the customer care its always busy and they deliberately cut the calls some times.
On an average every-time when we call customer care it takes 30 mins or more to get connected. They lost a customer permanently.
Thanks to their ignorance.
