I had ordered set of 3 umbrellas from rediff shopping. They took 500 rupees from me but the Umbrellas wich I hav got, no one will buy it for 50 rupees also. Third class quality Product. I call on Customer Care they are always busy on another call. I dont have so much tym to sit wid the phone in hand n continuously call the customer care. Even the Customer Care service is bad. They straight away said they will not replace because I had sent the mail after 48 hrs of purchase.
If these people don’t have a prompt response then how come I wil file a complaint within 48 hrs??? the Products shown on the website n d product wich u get in hand a 100% different. They send Cheap Quality Product. People please be aware before shopping from Rediff. Instead, Flipcart is the best one. Both in product and customer Service.
Don’t buy from Rediff, please !!
