Though I have seen a lot of negative reviews for shopping.rediff.com, still I thought to try it once for a very little transaction. I bought a ladies watch. That is just the one which I have seen as the product picture and satisfies my expectation.
After few days, I thought to purchase a casual dress and after a little online survey I observed that again Rediff is charging the least amount for the same product. I didn’t think twice and ordered it. Again I realized that I am nothing but a gainer.
The most important point is when I need to exchange the same dress because the color was matching with an existing one, I still got a good service from them.
Good Service and product is according to my expectation!
