Never buy anything from Rediff Shopping. The reason is very simple. They don’t have a return policy. So, if you buy something and you receive it(sign for the courier), you are technically stuck with it.
I had purchased a Slimming Shirt. Rediff didn’t have the size chart on the link so I had to judge my size. As we all know size definitions are different with different manufacturers, I ended up getting a larger size than expected.
Now, after writing them many e-mails(no appropriate response just the same template is sent over and over again) and asking for several calls, I’ve finally given up. Wasted Rs. 600 but they don’t care about an individual’s money. So if you really want to shop online, visit some good sites like Snapdeal.com; Flipkart.com; Jabong.com; Zovi.com; Myntra.com. You might pay a little more but you get great service.
