I ordered a jacket and a perfume from rediff shopping . The Jacket I received was not the same I ordered. The size, color and model was entirely different. I ordered a men’s perfume and they delivered women’s perfume. When I called the customer care they asked me to courier both the products.
I have to take the pain of returning the products and not sure I will get my money back. Extremely disappointed by rediff shopping.
I will never shop from rediff nor recommend this to my enemy.
