I had ordered a set of 3 t-shirts at Rs 349/- with Rs 50/- delivery charges, the payment mode of which was via COD. They were offering a umbrella free with this set of T-shirts I had ordered a Extra large T-shirts but the T-Shirt which were delivered were of small size (the label showed was Extra large but the size was definitely small). The picture showed a gents umbrella but instead a ladies umbrella was delivered. This is a clear cheating from the rediff people who duped me by showing a gents umbrella on the site. Also the T-shirts were of very poor quality which just shrank in one or two wash and become un-wearable.
As a matter of fact online shopping is still a growing industry in India and people are still not very comfortable buying things online. If such things happen then I don’t foresee any growth in this industry as people would be very apprehensive of buying anything online. I think a regulatory body should be set by the government to regulate this industry and prevent people like me getting duped.
