Duping.rediff.com would be a better title for this website. Had shopped twice with them and it looks like they are into planned cheating. First time I bought a dozen toothbrushes @Rs.12per brush. I didn’t expect these to be of great quality, but just acceptable because I intended to give it to guests at my home for temporary usage in case they had forgotten to bring theirs etc. But then can you imagine that after just a single usage they withered off like they were used for many months. Well there are tooth brushes available in the market for Rs.10 - 12 and are far far better than these.
I did the mistake of dismissing this as a one off incident and made payment for stainless steel vacuum flask. What I got instead were a couple of cofee mugs and inspite of several complaints with their customer support, no response. Customer support exists only in words on the website it seems. The seller "Ojjas Enterprizes" too seems to be a crook of the first order. Not reachable on phone or on mail.
I just want the world to know that this is just a duping site and not a shopping site. And I am surprised that no one has sued them so far.
