Defective product weighing scale "Personal Digital Solar Weighing Scales Bs-9927" delivered by rediff shopping on 29/Aril 2013. Beware of this product and rediffshopping, my order no 7978224, which I was trying to return it, the fact is that they will not come and collect your product you have to courier the product back to the Vendor.
Product cost was 1099 when I go to Blue Dart courier for returning the product, the charges was 900+, again I called customer care for this because the courier charges is too high, they said on call like they return all courier money. I asked them said to send a confirmation mail on this which they not replied mail. I have sent 5 reminder mail, not a single response I got from them.
At last decided not to return the product, I don’t want doomed another 900 rs for this bukbas product which is not as per the specification.Product vendor or there customer care touting too much about the product. It didn’t work for one day also.
Never buy anything from Rediff shopping because they will loot your hard earn money from your pocket by giving you faulty and defective product.
