I have bought Kids Tent house on 5th July 2014 and haven’t got any intimation or delivery at all till now. When I call to vendor she(Priya Enterprises, Delhi) never receive phone calls. When I try to contact customer care you have to wait at least half an hour to talk customer executive and once you connect you will get assurance only not any solid solution, like it is government organisation. Nor they reply to your emails.
I don’t know how much this post will affect them, but I recommend not to shop on rediff.com.
