Never ever buy from Rediff Shopping site, its kind of a hut shop with no standards, no ethics or still working like 100 Years back. No support, no communication.
I have two incidents with this company and worst both of them.One item I got damaged and they did not give me refund or item back, they took that damaged item also back on my cost, and did not give me that money also.
Second incident(I was idiot to do the second transaction even after first one was worst experience, but second order I did because of their fake ratings to that product.) they did not deliver the toy which I ordered for my son for his Bday. They harassed me for a month and then when I reached out to Lawyers to file case and went to consumer court with complaints and copies of emails, they gave me money back no item after a month. Vendor was not available, no phone call pickup, no email reply from him too.
So be careful, read the reviews and do not buy anything from this site, u will see few good reviews its there team doing believe me. And also u can see on facebook there are certain pages people have created who got fed up with these guys. Say no to rediff.
All complaints no good thing about this company.
