I ordered a Wireless FM Transmitter from S. N. Enterprises, New Delhi through Redifff.com Shopping. The product was a cheaper and inferior variation of what I ordered. What I received after paying Rs1209 is available in Mumbai for Rs.350 only. It was supposed to have a range of 30 metres but fails within 10 metres. It was supposed to have a full range of FM frequencies with an LCD display but actually gives only 4 close frequencies within the 107 Band.My mail to the seller and Rediff has gone without any response.
I have obviously asked for my money back.I can understand a Delhi supplier defrauding a customer! But a listed Company joining hands with such crooks and cheating their customers is the limit. Their warranty against fraud is itself a Fraud. I wonder if this comes under Cyber Crimes Law - can someone please advise regarding thlegal aspects?Never again will I shop with Rediff and advise all to do the same.
