I have ordered a Water bottle using Rediff Shopping, The bottle that was shipped was a different than the one I was mentioned. I tried returning it, now here is the trick. I get a mail that the product is delivered 4 days before the actually delivery. So the moment I mail them, I get a reply that any replacement have to be reported before 48Hrs before the Delivery Date., which in this is case 4 Days before the actual delivery date.
Also, I guess they don’t have a customer care number and everything is in email. And they use the standard mail template and it takes nearly 2 days for reply. I got so bugged that I thought I don’t want to waste time with them.
