Very hopeless shopping site. They have supplied me a drilling machine on 8th May 2014 in damaged condition with the worst quality against my order No. 9575464. As per their standard guidelines I have mailed them the issue with pics required.
One needs to hold-on the line for at least for 25 min’s every time you call them. With great patience I have reminded them over their customer care No. for 5 times. Not attended to the issue till 16th May. On 16th May only when I warned them that, I will take-up the matter with appropriate forum, they have responded and asked me to return the goods to the original vendor at my cost.
Funny, I have already paid more than 2000 bucks to them. They do not have pick-up facility. Shopping with Rediff is buying agony. I advise no one to buy anything on the Rediff portal.
