REDIFF really making the people fool by fake commtments about orders you put on their online shopping cart.
They simply ignores the customers query after getting payment. Seems to be good way to making fool to the people in India & grab the money. Is this the way rediff is paying to their employees ...?
Three months back I put the order on ReIDFF Shopping to purchase digicam, I did the payment by NetBanking and then I was keep waiting for the product for next three weeks. Neither I received the product or no updates from customer care. After sending the email they replied that as the product is not available it will take few more days to deliver the product, again I was waiting for 3-4 weeks. So again after getting bak to the useless customer care of rediff , I told them to cancel the order & refund the money which I paid for the camera. For that they told it will take 5 weeks to refund the money. But this was also as usual from rediff that they have not refunded the money in mentioned period, instead of that they arranged to send the camera. At that moment I was happy , thanks god I recied the camera atlest after two months. What it was my horrrible experience after opening the parcel because while putting the order they told that Camera package will contain Digicam, Hand strip, Battery, USB Cable etc. But nothing was provied out of this list. Just a digicam & the userguide . Thta userguide was in a condition just as taken from any dustbin ..2-3 yeasr old. Camera finishing was also not as a new product.
After telling these things to REDIFF, they simply forwarded me to their seller some Ozza enterprises to ask for the things. But no reply from stupid Ozza enterprises tried to call up on phone , send the emmail but no reply.
Again I did contact to rediff about this , but no updates. This is really a horrible experince for me by doing online shopping using REDIFF. So my humble request to all my Indians never to use REDIFF for shopping any thing.
