Better Never choose this, its my sincere advise to all. I am regular customer on flipkart, but regarding a particular product(SAMSUNG S2 Battery) I thought of trying rediff shopping and that all it. They sent it through FEDEX it seems. While tracking I am seeing CUSTOMER ADDRESS EXCEPTION as status.
Why, I don’t know. While others (Flipkart etc) can ship without any issues, why these people couldn’t. No one even tried reaching me on my number. Another product, without shipping itself they gave me ref no to check, its a Blue Dart AWB number, and its saying invalid from 3-4 days. I am wondering why will they send me a communication saying, without dispatching, not even after 4 days from the time of communication.
One more thing, its taking lifetime to connect to a customer care executive. Lemme see when I will receive them and also, how they are gonna be. Guys just be careful and think twice before you opt Rediff Shopping.
