I am here describing the pathetic, the worst experience of Rediff Shopping & its customer service.
On 10th March 2004, I ordered 2 T-shirts & A handy Vacuum Cleaner. Well I paid through Credit card on line. Till 20th March there was no mail OR call from Rediff shopping for My Order status. I called up their Customer Care No, it took half an hour to find there customer care No from the website, they said due to unavailability of man power OR courier service problem, I will not get my product till 25th March.
But the worst thing yet to come, On 30 th March some hoe I received my 2 T shirts, the worst colors I have received - Dark Yellow & Dark Orange, where I have ordered for Black & white T shirts.
Again I called up there customer care, you what they said, ’Sir we send the colors depends upon the availability’. Can you imagine?
Also for Vacuum cleaner, it is size is Like GEEP torch. They did not give enough information of their product on the web.
Now when I called again for product return they said now it?s too late, you have ordered on 10th march, you must return within 5 days. Then I explained them every thing, then they told me to send the product bearing the courier charges.
I sent the products through courier & I received the confirmation receipt from my courier guy. I called again to rediff shopping for refund; they said we have not received any courier from me. I told them that I have courier receipt with rediff stamp on it. They said we would find it out.
And you imagine its almost 2 months, I have not received any refund nor call from customer care regarding the product.
