I have ordered a tote bag from their website on 8th august, 2013. First off, it was overpriced. The product’s original price is 599 rupees and in most websites, they have even given a discount and reduced the price to 300 rupees but unfortunately, it was out of stock on every website. I found it to be in stock only on rediff and it was priced 999 rupees with a discount of 20% which amounts to 799 rupees.
Moreover, they charge an extra fee of 80 rupees for shipping within India which no other website does after a certain minimum amount, usually of 500 rupees. Note that there is also no "CASH ON DELIVERY" service available. I still ordered it because it was not available elsewhere.
Its been 4 days now and the status of my order still says "awaiting dispatch". I have been calling them every day. It takes about 10 mins or more for someone to actually answer the call. A woman answered my call and she told me that the product that I ordered is "NOT IN STOCK". I don’t understand.. when it was not in stock in the first place, they should not have charged my debit card which they did.
They cashed out the money but didn’t even ship my order and they say it is out of stock. So when I ask her how they can say it is out of stock, she puts me on hold for another 15 mins and then disconnects the call. These people should be handed over to the police for fraud! Bloody cheats! DON’T EVER PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE PEOPLE! THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS! IF ANYTHING, PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM!
I have already filed a complaint against this website on the consumer forum. Hope that they take actions soon so that this website which is managed by frauds is shut down soon!
