Ordered htc evo 3d on 12th .made payment online(rs.23089)the same day .forgot to check this(mouthshut.com) site.thanks to my good experience with ebay, i trusted this shopping site(rediff) too.later when i went through the consumer complaint site and mouth shut.com etc that night , and reading the bad reviews and became aware of certain things like -the diff between vendor warrenty and manufacturer’s etc.. ..i understood my folly and had sleepless nights.tried contacting the vendors from monday morning .after all the efforts got connection by afternoon.they told it will be sent in 2 days. As if they dont have any responsibility to inform me.also on the booking day/next day i received one consignment id of bluedart which was false.again i called them thursday(17th) i had told them(on 14th)that i need the phone as early as possible since my present phone was out of order.they told to wait till saturday as there is lack of employees.
Again i called them saturday after keeping me wait for 10 mins holding the line they told it may be sent by monday or tuesday & they can’t give any assurance.all throughout i was very polite and tried to be as calm as possible(it had been the 8th day after my money got trasnfered)."their behaviour reminded me of that of sarkari babus".also to get the connection of some mangoosh/ramesh i had to try many times.some how i got owner of souk kishorez number 09967313555.when i called him he told they cant sent the product to my pin /it is out of stock and the money has been sent back to rediff on 17th and that i should contact rediff.by then i got an sms from my bank that full amount has been credited.few questions remain unanswered: 1) why was confirmation letter with consignment number of bluedart sent to me on 12th/13th if they don’t deliver to my pin 2)why it is not mentioned in advt that the product is out of stock3)why was i not informed by them.always i had to call them.4)why did the customer executive assure me that it will be sent in 2 days whenever i called (even though he was totally ignorant )-even on 17th it happened by when according to kishore it was rejected.
From my exp. They are not professionals.luckily got back my money (rs.23089).from my experience , they are not cheats but totally unprofessional and non communicating. Not recommended.
