I am regular in online shopping. For 1st 2-3 transactions, rediff was good. But story took a turn when i asked for refund due to old part delivery. The stopped responding to mail, even after 4-5 reminders. I thought, its by mistake. Next time also, the same thing happened. It was my bros birthday and they dint bother to deliver the gift on time.
So, i asked to cancel the order. But they again dint respond. I couldnt digest the fact and I explored the internet. I somehow found their ceos mail id and briefed him about my prob via mail. By next day , i got call from their office and with 2 days my complete money was back.
So guys, dont loose hope and fight for the right.
